We dropped in to the store in Shibuya where we got the watch Maki gave me as wedding present 2 years ago. Not only did the man remember us and was polite as ever, he spent 15 minutes to give my watch a thorough deep clean (ultrasound?). Free of charge of course. Yes, if I ever buy a watch again I will come back to your store.
